`In an Order dated February 1, 2016, we authorized Petitioner to file a
`motion to change the filing date accorded to the Petition in this case. Paper
`8. We also authorized Patent Owner to file an opposition to the motion. Id.
`In accordance with our Order, the parties filed these papers on February 8
`and 16, 2016, respectively. Papers 9, 10. Subsequent to the filing of these

`papers, Patent Owner devoted a large portion of its Preliminary Response to
`its position on the pending motion. Paper 11 (“Prelim. Resp.”), 3–11.
`At its option, Petitioner is invited to file a reply brief of no more than
`five pages limited to addressing arguments raised by Patent Owner in Patent
`Owner’s opposition brief and Preliminary Response at pages 3–11. Any
`reply shall be filed on or before March 25, 2016. No new issues, arguments,
`or evidence may be addressed in the reply. No sur-reply is authorized at this
`time.

`For the reasons given, it is:
`ORDERED that Petitioner may file, at its option, a reply in support of
`its motion to accord a new filing date to the Petition;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the reply is not to exceed 5 pages in
`length and is to be filed on or before March 25, 2016;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the reply is limited to responding to
`Patent Owner’s opposition brief and pages 3–11 of the Preliminary
`Response, and that no new issues, arguments, or evidence may be addressed
`in the reply; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that no sur-reply is authorized at this time.
