`On June 8, 2016, the Board instituted review in IPR2016-00254 of
`U.S. Patent No. 8,476,010 B2 and entered a Scheduling Order (Paper 10).
`The Board entered a revised Scheduling Order on July 15, 2016 (Paper 15).
`Due to scheduling issues, however, the Board exercises its authority and
`revises Due Date 7 of the schedule, as indicated in the following Due Date
`Appendix. All other due dates remain the same.
`The parties may request a conference call with the Board if the revised
`date for Due Date 7 raises any concerns for either party.
