`The parties have agreed to and request entry of a modified Protective
`Order in this proceeding. See Paper 30, 1–2; Paper 37, 2–3. The proposed
`Protective Order is the same as the protective order previously approved and
`entered in Sony Corp. v. Raytheon Co., Case IPR2015-01201, which also
`relates to U.S. Patent No. 5,591,678. See IPR2015-01201, Paper 19,
`Ex. 2065. A copy of the modified Protective Order is attached to
`Petitioner’s Motion to Seal (Paper 30). The Protective Order includes
`several provisions addressing access to documents that are subject to
`The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”). We determine it
`is appropriate to enter this Protective Order in this proceeding.
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that the modified Protective Order, attached to Paper 30,
`is hereby entered and shall govern the conduct of these proceedings unless
`otherwise modified.
