`Pursuant to the Teleconference before the Board in these proceedings on
`
`April 25, 2016 and the Board’s order of March 29, 2016, the parties are submitting
`
`this joint notice of stipulation and motion to modify the scheduling orders in the
`
`following two proceedings: Case No. IPR2015-01201 and Case No. IPR2016-
`
`00209.1 The parties have agreed to the changes in the proposed schedules to make
`
`the proceedings more efficient and to combine the hearing dates for the two
`
`proceedings to a single day.
`
`The Patent Owner and Petitioner are requesting revised dates for DUE
`
`DATES 1-2 and 4-7 in IPR2015-01201 and DUE DATES 1 and 2 in IPR2016-
`
`00209. Due dates 1-3 for the IPR’s are stipulated to by the Parties. For Due Dates
`
`4-7 we are requesting modifcation from the Board. The proposed modifications to
`
`the schedules will allow for a combined hearing and single dates for filings
`
`associated with Due Dates 4-6.
`
`Below are tables identifying the current schedules in the two proceedings
`
`and the dates proposed by the parties.
