`respectfully requests oral argument for all of the issues remaining in this Inter

`Partes Review. Oral argument is currently scheduled for Tuesday, January 31,

`2017.

`Petitioner submits that one-half hour of oral argument is appropriate to
`
`address the following issues:
`
`(i)
`
`Speziali is prior art to the ‘386 Patent;
`
`(ii) Patentee’s claim construction of percutaneously is wrong;
`
`(iii) The Grounds based on Speziali should be maintained;
`
`(iv) The Grounds based on Lattouf I and each of Bachman, Carpentier and
`
`Downing should be maintained.
`
`Petitioner requests permission to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including a projector and screen for Power Point or PDF
`
