`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(2), Patent Owner, Tactile Feedback
`
`Technology, LLC, hereby makes the following Notice of Related Matters.
`
`
`
`I.
`
`
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2) − Related Matters
`
`U.S. Patent 7,973,773 (“the ‘773 patent”) is being asserted against Samsung
`
`Electronics America, Inc. (“Samsung”) in an on-going infringement lawsuit
`
`brought by Tactile Feedback Technology, LLC (“TFT”) in Tactile Feedback
`
`Technologies, LLC v. Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Eastern District of
`
`Texas, Marshall Division, Civil Action No. 2:14-cv-00940. Samsung is pursuing a
`
`Petition for Inter Partes Review of the ‘773 patent.
`
`
`
`The ‘773 patent has also been asserted against ZTE (USA) Inc. (“ZTE”) by
`
`TFT in Tactile Feedback Technologies, LLC v. ZTE (USA) Inc., Eastern District of
`
`Texas, Marshall Division, Civil Action No. 2:14-CV-00943, which was
`
`consolidated into the litigation with Samsung. Proceedings with ZTE have been
`
`stayed based on an executed settlement agreement. TFT anticipates formal
`
`dismissal of the litigation with ZTE by January 31, 2016.
`
`
`
`Three additional related Petitions for Inter Partes Review have been filed by
`
`Samsung in connection with U.S. Patent 8,013,843 (“the ‘843 patent”), U.S. Patent
`
`8,068,100 (“the ‘100 patent”) and U.S. Patent 8,072,440 (“the ‘440 patent”). All
`
`-2-
`
`

`
`four patents share the same specification. The '843 patent, the '440 patent and the
`
`'100 patent claim priority to the '773 patent.
