`I am over the age of eighteen (18) and otherwise competent to

`make this declaration.

`I submit the present declaration to respond to particular points

`raised by the Patent Owner regarding certain exhibits referenced in my
`
`declaration.

`My background and qualifications are set forth in my Opening
`
`Declaration. My curriculum vitae was attached as an appendix to my Opening
`
`Declaration. I have reviewed that information, and it remains substantially the
`
`same and is still accurate. Exhibit 1002.

`Exhibit 1085 is webpage regarding the FAQs of CAS Registry
`
`Numbers that is referenced in my declaration, which was submitted in the
`
`above referenced IPR in conjunction with Petitioner’s Reply.

`from the website of CAS, a Division of the American Chemical Society at:

`Exhibit 1104 is a table summarizing the PI values of all of the
`
`FAA compounds mentioned in Dr. Kohn’s references. Exhibit 1218 is the
`
`amended version of Exhibit 1104, which now contains some PI values that
`
`were not included in the original exhibit. In Exhibit 1218, I have also
`
`corrected the PI values that the Patent Owner has listed as inaccurate. The
`
`values included in Exhibit 1218 and Exhibit 1104 are based on the data
`
`disclosed in the exhibits cited in my declaration and Dr. Roush’s declaration.
