`On March 28, 2016, the Scheduling Order (Paper 10) in the Inter Partes
`
`Review of U.S. Patent No. 8,385,966 (IPR2016-00178) (“Scheduling Order”) set
`
`forth “due dates for the parties to take action after institution of the proceeding.”
`
`Pursuant to Section A of the Scheduling Order, Patent Owner and Petitioner hereby
`
`“stipulate to different dates” for DUE DATE 1 through 3, as set forth below. This
`
`stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify DUE DATES 4-7 in the Scheduling
`
`Order.
`
`Patent Owner and Petitioner hereby stipulate to Modify DUE DATE 1 as follows:
`
`DUE DATE 1: July 28, 2016
`
`Patent Owner will forego filing a motion to amend the patent.
