`Presently, Due Date 1, Due Date 2, and Due Date 3 are set at February 8,
`2016, April 8, 2016, and May 9, 2016, respectively, in the above-identified

`1 Apple, Inc. who filed a petition in IPR2016-00062 and IPR2016-00063, has been
`joined as a Petitioner in the instant proceedings.

`matters. Via e-mail, Patent Owner (VirnetX) requests extension of Due Date 1
`from February 8, 2016 to March 8, 2016 and extension of Due Date 2 from April 8,
`2016 to May 8, 2016. Patent Owner also stipulates that Patent Owner will not file
`a Motion to Amend, thus obviating Due Date 3. According to Patent Owner,
`Petitioners (Mangrove and Apple, Inc.) do not stipulate to the proposed time
`extensions.
`In view of Patent Owner’s stipulation that no Motion to Amend will be filed,
`we grant Patent Owner’s request for extension of Due Date 1 from February 8,
`2016 to March 8, 2016 and extension of Due Date 2 from April 8, 2016 to May 8,
`2016.
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s request for extension of Due Date 1 from
`February 8, 2016 to March 8, 2016 and extension of Due Date 2 from April 8,
`2016 to May 8, 2016 is granted.
`FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be filed in IPR2015-
`01046 and IPR201-01047.
