`ORDER
`Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10
`
`
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, Petitioner moves to withdraw its
`
`current counsel of Matthew I. Kreeger, Jonathan Bockman, and Matthew
`
`Chivvis, and to have Orion Armon recognized as lead counsel in this
`

`Patent 8,225,408 B2
`
`proceeding, as well as to have Brian Eutermoser, Max Colice, and Jennifer
`
`Volk-Fortier recognized as backup counsel. Paper 17. Petitioner indicates
`
`that “[u]pon grant of this motion, new counsel for Petition will promptly file
`
`Amended Petitioner Mandatory Notices and a Substitute Power of
`
`Attorney.” Id. at 3. Petitioner represents that Patent Owner does not
`
`oppose. Id. at 2.
`
`This proceeding has been consolidated with IPR2015-02001.
`
`Paper 10, 1–2, 24. Petitioner indicates in its motion that granting the motion
`
`will “result in a single law firm representing Petitioner in the consolidated
`
`proceedings.” Id. at 1. Good cause thus exists to grant the motion.
`
`Petitioner’s motion identifies Messrs. Ormon and Eutermoser as
`
`registered practitioners, but does not identify Mr. Colice and Ms. Volk-
`
`Fortier as registered practitioners. Id. at 2. The motion is granted as to
`
`recognition of Messrs. Ormon and Eutermoser, contingent upon filing of
`
`satisfactory Petitioner Mandatory Notices and a Substitute Power of
`
`Attorney. Motions for pro hac vice admission of Mr. Colice and Ms. Volk-
`
`Fortier should be filed, or their status as registered practitioners clarified.
`
`See 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c).
`
`
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that Matthew I. Kreeger, Jonathan Bockman, and
`
`Matthew Chivvis are permitted to withdraw as counsel in this proceeding,
`
`contingent upon filing of satisfactory Petitioner Mandatory Notices and a
`
`Substitute Power of Attorney by new counsel;
