`Palo Alto Networks, Inc.’s appeal stems from the Patent Trial and Appeal
`
`Board’s Final Written Decision on Remand entered on May 15, 2019 (Paper 68) (the
`
`“Final Written Decision on Remand”) in the above-captioned inter partes review of
`
`United States Patent No. 8,141,154 B2 (“the ’154 patent”). This notice is timely
`
`filed within 63 days of the Board’s Final Written Decision. 37 C.F.R. § 90.3(a)(1).
`
`PALO ALTO NETWORKS INC.’S APPEAL
`Please take notice that under 35 U.S.C. §§ 141(c), 142, 319; 37 C.F.R.
`
`§§ 90.2(a), 90.3; and Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure/Federal Circuit Rule 15,
`
`Palo Alto Networks, Inc. hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for
`
`the Federal Circuit from the Final Written Decision on Remand and all underlying
`
`decisions and orders in this action on which that decision is based.
`
`PALO ALTO NETWORKS INC.’S ISSUES ON APPEAL
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Palo Alto Networks, Inc.’s
`
`issues on appeal include at least the Board’s determination that Petitioners did not
`
`establish that claims 1-12 of the ’154 patent are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. §103
`
`in view of the grounds of unpatentability on which trial was instituted (see Papers
`
`10, 51, 55, and 68) and any findings or decisions related to that determination
`
`adverse to Palo Alto Networks, Inc.
