`Petitioner presents the following updated mandatory notices, pursuant to 37

`C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(3), reflecting a change of the information stated in an earlier
`
`paper. Specifically, previously-identified backup counsel Michelle Carniaux (Reg.
`
`No. 36,098) is no longer a practitioner associated with the customer number 26646,
`
`who have been appointed as attorneys for the Petitioner in this proceeding.
`
`Petitioner therefore removes Ms. Carniaux from its identified counsel. Previously-
`
`identified lead counsel Michael J. Lennon (Reg. No. 26,563) and backup counsel
`
`Clifford A. Ulrich (Reg. No. 42,194) remain unchanged.
`
`Should the Board require a motion to withdraw Ms. Carniaux as counsel for the
`
`Petitioner in this proceeding, Petitioner hereby requests leave to file a motion for
`
`such withdrawal.

`No. 3:14-cv-02668-BAS-JLB (S.D. Cal.), naming as defendants: VWGoA d/b/a

`of VWGoA); and Audi AG (which is a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG). In this

`Ex. 1001), which is being challenged by this petition. See, Ex. 1012.
