`Hologram USA, Inc. files these Mandatory Notices pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 42.8(a)(2), in

`light of petitioner VENTANA 3D, LLC’s (“Petitioner’s”) petition for inter partes review under

`35 U.S.C. § 312 regarding Patent 5,865,519 (the “ ’519 patent”), Inter Partes Review No.

`IPR2016-00133 (the “Action”). The Notices are being timely filed within 21 days of service of

`the petition, which occurred on November 3, 2015.
