`I, Marc I. Khadpe, being duly sworn and upon oath, hereby attest to the following:

`I will be subject to the USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in

`37 C.F.R. § 11.101 etseq. and disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R.

`I have applied and been admitted to appear pro hac vice before the Office in
`
`a petition for inter partes review involving U.S. Patent No. 6,924,727, which
`
`is an additional patent at issue in the co-pending litigation, Vivint, Inc. v.
`
`Alarm.com Inc., Case No. 2:15-CV-00392 (D. Utah), involving the patent
`
`that is the subject of the instant Petition. That petition was assigned case
`
`number 1PR2015-0 1977, and the Decision regarding my admission was
`
`entered as Paper No. 23 on August 29, 2016. I am submitting this Affidavit
`
`in connection with a motion to appearpro hac vice in 1PR2016-001 16. I am
`
`also concurrently applying to appear pro hac vice before the Office in
`
`petitions for inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 7,884,713; U.S. Patent
`
`No. 6,462,654; and U.S. Patent No. 6,535,123, which are three additional
`
`patents at issue in the same co-pending litigation. Those petitions have been
`
`assigned case numbers 1PR2015-01965, 1PR2016-00161 and 1PR2016-0173
`
`respectively. I have not applied to appear pro hac vice before the Office in
`
`any other proceeding in the last three years.

`litigation, in which U.S. Patent No. 6,147,601, among others, is currently
