`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), Petitioner Par Pharmaceutical, Inc.

`(“Petitioner”), by and through its attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by

`deposition of Dr. Howard A. Burris, III pursuant to its agreement with Patent
`
`Owner Novartis AG (“Patent Owner”). Dr. Burris’s deposition will take place, as
`
`agreed by counsel for the parties, on November 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. ET, at
`
`Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York,
`
`New York, 10104.
`
`
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded stenographically and the
`
`stenographic method will include instant visual display of testimony.
