`On October 18, 2016, Patent Owner filed unopposed Motions for Pro
`Hac Vice Admission of Charlotte Jacobsen (Paper 29), Susanne Flanders
`(Paper 30), and Jared Stringham (Paper 31). The Motions were
`accompanied by Declarations of Ms. Jacobsen (Ex. 2187), Ms. Flanders (Ex.
`2188), and Mr. Stringham (Ex. 2189).

`On October 20, 2016, Patent Owner filed unopposed Corrected
`Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission (Papers 32–34). These Corrected
`Motions were accompanied by new Declarations (Ex. 2215–17). The same
`day, counsel for Patent Owner contacted the Board via email, requesting that
`the first-filed set of Motions and Declarations be expunged from the record.
`Having reviewed the Corrected Motions and supporting Declarations,
`good cause exists for granting admission pro hac vice to Ms. Jacobsen, Ms.
`Flanders, and Mr. Stringham. The Corrected Motions are granted.

`It is hereby:
`ORDERED that Papers 29, 30, and 31, and Exhibits 2187, 2188, and
`2189, are hereby expunged from the record of the proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Jacobsen, Ms. Flanders, and Mr.
`Stringham are authorized to represent Patent Owner in this proceeding as
`back-up counsel only;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Jacobsen, Ms. Flanders, and Mr.
`Stringham are to comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the
`Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code
`of Federal Regulations, and shall be subject to the Office’s disciplinary
`jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO Rules of
`Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
