` conference call was held on June 10, 2016 with Judges Chung,
`Benoit, and Begley, Patent Owner (Quiro Holdings, Inc.) and DIRECTV
`LLC (“DIRECTV”), who filed two petitions (IPR2016-00993 and

`IPR2016-00994) asserting the same grounds as those instituted in the instant
`proceedings (i.e., IPR2016-00005 and IPR2016-00080) challenging U.S.
`Patent Nos. 8,102,863 B1 and 8,879,567 B1, respectively. See, e.g.,
`IPR2016-00993, Paper 2, 2. In the conference call, DIRECTV represented
`that Petitioner (DISH Network, L.L.C.) in the instance cases was aware of
`DIRECTV’s petitions as well as its motions to join DIRECTV’s petitions
`with the instant cases. DIRECTV also represented that DISH Network,
`L.L.C. did not oppose DIRECTV’s motions for joinder.
`In the conference call, Patent Owner represented that it was planning
`on filing a preliminary response in each of IPR2016-00993 and IPR2016-
`00994. Patent Owner explained that it could not accommodate the Board’s
`request to file its preliminary responses in early July because the original
`scheduling order in the instant proceedings set Due Date 1 for July 5, 2016
`in IPR2016-00005 and for July 15, 2016 in IPR2016-00080.
`In response to Patent Owner’s concerns, we are revising the schedule
`in the instant proceedings to reset Due Date 1 to August 15, 2016, reset Due
`Date 2 to November 14, 2016, and further adjusting Due Dates 3–6. The
`date of the oral hearing, if requested, (Due Date 7) remains unchanged. In
`addition, in IPR2016-00993 and IPR2016-00994, we are issuing, concurrent
`with this Revised Scheduling Order, an order requiring Patent Owner to file
`preliminary responses in IPR2016-00993 and IPR2016-00994 no later than
`July 5, 2016.
`This scheduling order supersedes the previous scheduling order
`mailed on April 4, 2016 in IPR2016-00005 and mailed on April 25, 2016 in
`IPR2016-00080.
