`to the undersigned today. It appears that a PDF file font rendering problem is pre-

`venting some computers from displaying the label and page numbers included in

`the PDF file for Exhibit 1004. These features are visible when the PDF file is
`
`downloaded from the Office’s trial website and viewed on the computers of Peti-
`
`tioner’s counsel, but Petitioner has been informed that these features are not visible
`

`when the file is viewed on the computers used by the Office.

`Accordingly, Petitioner has generated new labels and pages numbers for the

`PDF file for Exhibit 1004 and is refiling Exhibit 1004 herewith. Petitioner respect-

`fully requests that the previously filed Exhibit 1004 be expunged.
