`I am a Senior Research and Service Manager at the British Library
`(the Library) and have worked for the Library for 1.5 years. I have
`access to and knowledge of the records and record keeping practices
`and procedures of the Library.
`I have reviewed these records and
`record keeping practices to prepare this declaration. Based on that
`review, the ordinary practices and procedures of the Library and my
`personal knowledge and belief, I make the following declaration.
`
`2. The Reading Rooms of the Library are open to any bona fide enquirer
`and any publication in the Library may be consulted in the Reading
`Rooms on request. Any organisation or individual may purchase
`photocopies of extracts from publications.
`
`3. On the 13"‘ March 1985 the Library received a copy of Digital Avionics
`Systems : 6th Conference : Papers— IEEE conf no 84CH—2132-9. It was
`to the best of my knowledge received intact and was assigned the
`Library shelfmark Document Supply 6369400000 CP 8411 1984. It
`was then catalogued on the 18”‘ March 1985 and would have been
`available for public use to the best of my knowledge and belief from
`that date. There is now produced to me and marked “A" a true and
`correct copy of the pages showing the receipt date stamp and the
`cataloguing date stamp. 1

`4. The Library receipt date stamp and the cataloguing date stamp were
`made at or near the time of the matters set forth therein. by——or from
`information transmitted by—-«a person with knowledge. These records
`were kept in the course of a regularly conducted activity of the Library.
`These records were made as a regular practice in the oourse of a
`regularly conducted activity.

`5. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same
`to be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declarations
`Act 1835.
