`As authorized by the Board in an email dated August 1, 2018, Petitioners
`
`Command Web Offset Company, Inc., Worzalla Publishing Company, Sandy
`
`Alexander, Inc., Publication Printers Corp., Specialty Promotions, Inc., and Trend
`
`Offset Printing Services Inc. (“Petitioners”) move to withdraw their request for
`
`rehearing filed April 27, 2016 (paper 14), which has not yet been acted on by the
`
`Board.
`
`Following the Board’s denial of institution on March 28, 2016 (Paper 13),
`
`Petitioners timely filed a Request for Rehearing (paper 14). That Request has not
`
`been acted upon by the Board and remains pending. Petitioners no longer desire to
`
`seek rehearing of the Board’s denial of institution and, thus, affirmatively
`
`withdrawal their rehearing request. Petitioners respectfully request that the Board
`
`issue an order recognizing Petitioners’ withdrawal, so that this case can be
`
`officially terminated and Petitioners can file an appropriate request for refund of
`
`post-institution fees.
