`dismissed on June 4, 2018 by stipulation of the parties. A copy of the stipulation

`to dismiss the petition for writ of certiorari and accompanying order of dismissal

`pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 46.1 is submitted and identified herein by Patent
`
`Owner as Ex. 2064.

`Patent Owner hereby advises that it will file a Motion to Expunge regarding

`the sealed or restricted documents on the docket in the present proceeding prior to
