`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Petitioner PALO ALTO NETWORKS,

`INC., (“PAN”), by and through its counsel, will take the deposition of S.H.

`Michael Kim with regard to Inter Partes Review Nos. 2015-02001 and 2016-
`
`00157 for U.S. Patent No. 8,225,408. Per the agreement of counsel, this deposition

`will take place on October 19, 2016, beginning at 9:00 A.M. The deposition will

`occur at Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel LLP, 990 Marsh Road, Menlo Park,
