`right away and we will sign an LOI to allow for that. I have also reminded that we are due
`revised costing and a new EU CTM candidate. As with any award to a CR0, we award
`contingent upon a successful negotiation of the scope of work (including budget) and approval of
`all team members. I will keep the SMT updated as the contract progresses, b11t I wa11ted to just
`let you all know that the study had been awarded.
