`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:

`1) whether claims 1, 4-6, 8, 9, 20, 26, 27, and 29 are unpatentable as
`
`obvious under 35 U.S.C. §103 based on Blanchard et al. (U.S. Pat.
`
`6,415,164); and
`
`2) rebuttal to any issues identified by Patent Owner in its Request for Oral
`
`Argument and for which the Board grants such argument, if any.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for a slideshow
`
`(e.g. PowerPoint) presentation.
