`(Reg. No. 41,402) and Holly J. Atkinson (Reg. No. 69,934) to withdraw from

`this action.

`STATEMENT OF FACTS SUPPORTING WITHDRAWL OF

`COUNSEL
`
`
`
`Core Wireless wishes for new counsel in the above-captioned inter
`
`partes review. Specifically, Core Wireless has already appointed the
`
`following Counsel as indicated by the Power of Attorney (Paper 11) already of
`
`record in this matter and the Second Updated Mandatory Notices (Paper 17)
`

`BASIS FOR REQUESTED RELIEF
`
`On May 20, 2016, current counsel-of-record contacted the Board by
`
`email seeking permission to file this motion. On that same date, the Board
`
`responded by email with authorization to file this Motion to Withdraw after
`
`filing updated mandatory notices and updating the listing of counsel in PRPS.
`
`A Power of Attorney (Paper 11) already of record in this matter identifies the
`
`new lead and backup counsel identified above. With these preliminary steps
`
`complete, Patent Owner hereby requests that counsel identified above, Tarek
`
`N. Fahmi and Holly J. Atkinson, be allowed to withdraw from this proceeding.
`

`
`It is believed that granting this Motion will not hinder the economy, the
`
`integrity of the patent system, the efficient administration of the Office, or the
`
`ability of the Office to timely complete this proceeding. See 35 U.S.C. §
`
`316(b).
`

`
`Petitioner does not oppose this Motion.
