`On April 25, 2016, Petitioner filed an Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac
`Vice Admission of Nicholas A. Brown and accompanying Affidavit in the
`above-captioned proceeding. Paper 13; Ex. 1007. The motion represents
`that it is unopposed. Paper 13, 1.
`After considering Petitioner’s Motion and accompanying Affidavit, it

`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`Admission of Mr. Nicholas A. Brown is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceeding, but
`Mr. Nicholas A. Brown is authorized to be designated as backup counsel;
`and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Nicholas A. Brown is to comply with
`the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756 (Aug. 14, 2012),
`and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Title 371, Part 42
`of the C.F.R., and is subject to the USPTO’s disciplinary jurisdiction under
`37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct as set
`forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
