`hearing and specifying issues to be argued, and the Scheduling Order, Patent
`
`Owner Sipco, LLC submits this Request for Oral Hearing on the instituted
`
`grounds of unpatentability for U.S. Patent No. 8,013,732.
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the oral argument for this
`
`proceeding be argued separately from the argument for IPR2015-01901, also
`
`scheduled for October 28, 2016. Patent Owner further respectfully requests equal
`
`amounts of argument time for itself and the Petitioner, and respectfully proposes
`
`45 minutes of argument time for each party.
`
`Patent Owner requests that audio/visual equipment be made available at
`
`the oral hearing for displaying demonstrative exhibits.
