`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), Petitioner Emerson Electric Co.,

`respectfully moves that the Board grant permission for Donald L. Jackson, Walter
`
`D. Davis, Jr., and James D. Berquist of Davidson Berquist Jackson & Gowdey,
`
`LLP to withdraw as Petitioner’s lead counsel and back-up counsel, respectively, in
`
`the above-captioned proceeding initiated by Petitioner, Emerson Electric Co., and
`
`re-designate lead and back-up counsel as set forth in the table below. Petitioner

`submits herewith a new Power of Attorney signed by Petitioner, Emerson Electric
