`recorded with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in earlier-filed applications in

`the same family on May 15, 2002, at Reel No. 012901, Frame No. 0948, and on
`
`September 10, 2003, at Reel No. 014472, Frame No. 0830.

`Related Matters
`
`Canon is aware of the following related litigation matter: In the Matter of
`
`Certain Toner Supply Containers And Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-960
`
`(U.S.I.T.C. instituted July 10, 2015), which was terminated after Respondents filed
`
`an unopposed motion to terminate the investigation based upon a consent order
`
`stipulation. Also, the following pending patent application is in the same patent
`
`family as the subject patent:
