`1 This Order addresses similar issues in all the referenced cases; therefore, we issue
`a single Order to be filed in each case. The parties are not authorized to use this
`style of caption in any other filings.

`In Case IPR2015-01966, a Petition was filed on September 25, 2015 with
`exhibits, including Exhibit 1004. Paper 2; Ex. 1004. Upon review of the record in
`this case, the document filed as Exhibit 1004 appeared to be the wrong document
`as it was inconsistent with its docket title and the references made to it in the
`Petition where it was identified as a “Special Master’s Claim Construction
`Report.” A similar issue exists for Case IPR 2015-01954. On February 16, 2016,
`an email communication was sent to Petitioner concerning the issue, and on
`February 17, 2016, the Petitioner responded indicating the document filed as
`Exhibit 1004 was in error and seeking to file the correct exhibit.
`
`In light of the inadvertent nature of the error, we authorize the filing of the
`
`correct “Special Master’s Claim Construction Report” in IPR2015-01966 and
`IPR2015-01954, and the expungement of Exhibit 1004 in IPR2015-01966 and
`IPR2015-01954
`
`ORDER
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that corrected exhibit “Special Master’s Claim Construction
`Report” may be filed in IPR2015-01966 and IPR2015-01954 within five days of
`this Order. So as not to disturb the citations in each record, the corrected exhibit
`should be re-filed as Exhibit 1004 and labeled accordingly; and
`
`ORDERED that Exhibit 1004 in IPR2015-01966 and IPR2015-01954 is
`expunged.
