`Petitioners’ Request That This Case Be Decided Without Oral Argument
`A party may request oral argument pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70. The
`
`Board does not have to grant the request if it determines “that a hearing [is] not
`
`necessary for a decision . . . .” BAE Sys. Information and Elec. Sys. Integration,
`
`Inc. v. Cheetah Omni, LLC, IPR 2013-00175, Paper 45 at 1 (P.T.A.B. June 19,
`
`2014). Petitioners respectfully submit that oral argument is unnecessary in this
`
`case because, as pointed out in Petitioners’ Reply to Patent Owner’s Response in
`
`this case,1 all outstanding issues have been decided on a nearly identical record in
`
`the related IPRs 2015-00545, -546, -547, -548, -551, and -554 (the “related
`
`IPRs”).2 Accordingly, Petitioners submit that oral argument is unnecessary in this
`
`proceeding.
