`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s email authorizing this mo-

`tion, Petitioner hereby moves to withdraw Mr. J. Steven Baughman as lead counsel
`
`and Ms. Nicole Jantzi and Ms. Megan F. Raymond as backup counsel in the above-
`
`captioned proceeding.
`
`The Power of Attorney in this case covers only practitioners of Ropes &
`
`Gray. Mr. Baughman and Ms. Jantzi are no longer affiliated with Ropes & Gray,
`
`and Ms. Raymond will no longer be affiliated with Ropes & Gray as of February
`
`20, 2017. Mr. Baughman’s and Ms. Jantzi’s current firms have not been retained
`
`

`in this matter. Petitioner is concurrently filing an updated mandatory notice re-
`

`flecting the new roles of Gabrielle Higgins (lead counsel), and Kathryn Hong
`
`(backup counsel). These individuals are affiliated with Ropes & Gray, and the
`
`previously-filed Power of Attorney is not revoked. Petitioner represents that it
`
`does not contemplate any change to any schedule in this matter based on this mo-
`
`tion. Petitioner represents that it has consulted with Patent Owner, and under-
`
`stands that Patent Owner does not oppose this motion.
