`hereby requests oral argument pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §42.70(a). According to the

`Scheduling Order (Paper No. 10) entered on March 18, 2016, oral argument is

`currently scheduled for December 16, 2016. Petitioner specifies the following
`
`issues to be addressed:
`
`1. The proper construction of certain claim terms under the broadest
`
`reasonable interpretation standard.
`
`2. Whether claims 1, 2, 5, 6, 10, 11, 14, and 15 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,677,494 are patentable over the asserted art and the grounds of
`
`unpatentability on which IPR2015-01892 was instituted.
`
`3. Any issues specified by Patent Owner Finjan, Inc. in its Request for
`
`Oral Argument.
`
`4. Any other issues that the Board deems necessary for issuing a final
`
`written decision.
