`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s November 23, 2015

`Scheduling Order, Patent Owner respectfully requests oral agreement
`
`in
`
`connection with IPR2015-01879 for U.S. Patent No. 8,492,933 (the "'933 Patent").
`
`Oral argument is currently scheduled for November 15, 2016.
`
`
`
`
`
`Patent Owner requests thirty minutes of time to address the issues.
`
`However, if the Board should schedule the hearing to last more than sixty minutes,
`
`Patent Owner requests half the length of the extended time of the hearing.
`
`
`
`
`
`Patent Owner also requests that it be allowed to reserve some of its
`
`allotted time for rebuttal, and that the Board provide audio-visual equipment to
`
`display demonstrative exhibits, including a monitor or projector to be connected to
`
`a laptop, a screen, and an ELMO for displaying documents of records.
`

`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Patent Owner urges that the following
`
`issues may be subject to argument:
`
` Whether claims 1 and 2 of the’933 patent are obvious in light of
`
`Allen, in combination with Breen and/or Castleman;
`
`
`

`
`Any issues raised by Petitioner;
`
`Any issues raised by this Board or Petitioner at oral argument;
`
`Any other issues raised in papers filed in this proceeding;
