`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s November 23, 2015

`Scheduling Order, Petitioner respectfully requests oral argument in connection
`
`with IPR2015-01879 for U.S. Patent No. 8,492,933 (“the ‘933 Patent”). Oral
`
`argument is currently scheduled for November 15, 2016.
`
`Petitioner requests thirty minutes of time to address these issues. To the
`
`extent the Board schedules the hearing to last more than sixty minutes, however,
`
`Petitioner requests that it be given half the length of the hearing to address these
`
`issues. Petitioner further requests that it be allowed to reserve some of its allotted
`
`time for rebuttal argumentation. Petitioner additionally requests that the Board
`
`provide audio-visual equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, including a
`
`monitor or projector to be connected to a laptop, a screen, and an ELMO for
`
`displaying documents of record.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, and without intending to waive any issue not
`
`specifically identified, Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
`• whether claims 1 and 2 of the ’933 patent are obvious over Breen,
`
`Allen, and Castleman;
`
`• Any issues specified by Patent Owner in its Request for Oral
`
`Argument, Petition, Reply, and Declarations;
`
`• Any issues raised by Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters;
`
`• Any issues raised by this Board or Patent Owner at oral argument;
`
`
`

`• Any other issues raised in papers filed in this proceeding, including
`
`issues raised in papers yet to be filed, such as oppositions and replies
`
