`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner, by and through its attorneys,

`will take the deposition of Petitioner’s expert witness, Dr. Michael Mayersohn.
`
`Dr. Mayersohn’s deposition in the above-referenced case will take place on
`
`Monday, May 16, 2016, at Goodwin Procter LLP, The New York Times Building,
`
`620 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY 10018, starting at 9:00 AM, or at such other
`
`time and place as the parties may further agree, for a maximum of seven hours of
`
`cross examination, four hours of redirect examination, and two hours of re-cross
`
`examination.
`
`The deposition will be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths
`
`and will be recorded by stenographic means, to be arranged by Patent Owner. The
`
`parties have agreed that the deposition may also be recorded on video. The
`
`deposition transcript (and any new exhibits) will be available for use in Case Nos.
`
`IPR2015-01835 and IPR2015-01836.
`
