`requests oral argument currently scheduled for December 5, 2016. (Paper 19.)

`M2M respectfully requests one (1) hour in which to present its argument in this

`IPR. M2M specifies, without intent to waive consideration of any issue not
`
`requested, the following issues to be argued:

`claims 1, 3, 5, 6, 10-13, 15, 18, 22-24, and 29 of the ’717 patent are
`
`patentable over Whitley and the SIM specification;
`
`2.
`
`claims 16, 17, 19, and 20 of the ’717 patent are patentable over the
`
`combination of Whitley, the SIM specification, and Kail;
`
`3.
`
`claim 21 of the ’717 patent is patentable over the combination of
`
`Whitley, the SIM specification, and Eldredge;
`
`any evidentiary issues raised by the parties; and
`
`any issues specified by Petitioner in a Request for Oral Argument.

`M2M requests the ability to use audio-visual equipment to display demonstrative

`exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for PowerPoint display.
