`I, Marc N. Henschke, am more than twenty-one years of age, am

`competent to present this affidavit, and have personal knowledge of the facts set
`
`forth herein.

`This affidavit is submitted in support of Patent Owner, M2M
`
`Solutions LLC, for Pro Hac Vice Admission.
`

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of Massachusetts and the
`
`Bar of California.
`

`
`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any
`
`court or administrative body.
`

`
`I have never been denied admission to practice before any court or
`
`administrative body.
`

`No court or administrative body has every imposed sanctions or
`
`contempt citations against me.

`I have read and will comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice

`Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials set forth in part 42 of the C.F.R.

`before the Office in the last three (3) years.

`I am a member of the trial team in M2M Solutions LLC v. Enfora,

`Inc., et al., No. 1:14-cv-01101 (D. Del.); M2M Solutions LLC v. Sierra Wireless

`America, Inc. et al., No. 1:14-cv-01102 (D. Del.); M2M Solutions LLC v. Telit
`
`Communications PLC et al, 1:14-cv-01103 (D. Del), which involve the same
`
`parties and the same ’717 patent and subject matter at issue in this proceeding. I
`
`have reviewed the patent, petition, and alleged prior art references asserted by
`
`Petitioner in this proceeding.
