`1 This order addresses issues that are common to all three cases. We,
`therefore, issue a single order that has been entered in each case. Paper
`numbers refer to those filed in IPR2015-01776. The parties may use this
`style caption when filing a single paper in multiple proceedings, provided
`that such caption includes a footnote attesting that “the word-for-word
`identical paper is filed in each proceeding identified in the caption.”

`Having considered Petitioner’s Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice

`of Brent E. Routman (Paper 8), and Mr. Routman’s declaration in support
`
`(Ex. 1033), it is:

`ORDERED that Petitioner’s unopposed motion for admission pro hac
`
`vice of Mr. Routman is granted; Mr. Routman is authorized to represent
`
`Petitioner only as back-up counsel in the instant proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a
`
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the instant proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Routman is to comply with the
`
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for
`
`Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Routman is to be subject to the
`
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the
`
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et.
