`requests oral argument in the above-captioned proceeding pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §

`42.70(a) and the Board’s Scheduling Order, dated February 23, 2016. Petitioner

`requests a total of sixty (60) minutes of oral argument to address the issues
`
`specified below in this IPR and in related IPRs 2015-01780 and 2015-01785 (for
`
`which separate requests for oral argument are being filed).

`ISSUES TO BE ARGUED

`1. Whether the challenged claims 1-12 of U.S. Patent No. 7,582,621 (Ex.

`1001) are unpatentable for the grounds instituted.
`
`a. Whether claims 1-12 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
`
`obvious over WO 95/33754 to Austin (Ex. 1002) in view of U.S.
`
`2002/0165121 A1 to Brehove (Ex. 1003).
`
`b. Whether claims 1-12 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
`
`obvious over WO 95/33754 to Austin (Ex. 1002) in view of WO
`
`03/009689 A1 to Freeman (Ex. 1004).

`II. RELATED PROCEEDINGS
`
`This proceeding and IPR2015-01780 and IPR2015-01785 (both involving a

`related patent), present overlapping issues. Petitioner suggests that oral argument
`
`in all three proceedings be consolidated, with a total of sixty (60) minutes allotted
