`1 This order addresses issues that are common to all three cases. We,
`therefore, issue a single order that has been entered in each case. Paper
`numbers refer to those filed in IPR2015-01776. The parties may use this
`style caption when filing a single paper in multiple proceedings, provided
`that such caption includes a footnote attesting that “the word-for-word
`identical paper is filed in each proceeding identified in the caption.”

`Having considered Patent Owner’s Motion for Admission Pro Hac
`Vice of George F. Pappas (Paper 43), and Mr. Pappas’s declaration in
`support (Ex. 2205), it is:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s unopposed motion for admission pro
`hac vice of Mr. Pappas is granted; Mr. Pappas is authorized to represent
`Patent Owner only as back-up counsel in the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Pappas is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756 (Aug. 14, 2012), and the
`Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code
`of Federal Regulations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Pappas is to be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et.
`seq.
