`On March 22, 2016, Petitioner requested, by e-mail, authorization to
`file a Motion to Submit Supplemental Information. Petitioner’s e-mail
`request was timely submitted within one month from the date of institution
`(February 23, 2016) as required by 37 C.F.R. § 42.123(a)(1). On March 22,
`2016, this Panel responded by e-mail to the request indicating the motion
`was authorized for filing and indicating that if Patent Owner had no
`objection to the motion, the motion should so indicate it is “unopposed.”

`On March 28, 2016, Petitioner filed an Unopposed Motion to Submit
`Supplemental Information (Paper 14 “Mot.”) and indicates therein that
`Patent Owner does not oppose the filing of the requested supplemental
`information (Mot. 1).
`The Motion requests permission to file “Exhibits 1024–1030 as
`supplemental information to show Takahashi (Ex. 1007) is a prior art printed
`publication.” Mot. 2. Takahashi (Ex. 1007) is relied upon by Petitioner in
`the single ground of unpatentability alleged by Petitioner. Pet. 7. Thus, we
`are persuaded that Exhibits 1024–1030 (the offered supplemental
`information) are “relevant to a claim for which the trial has been instituted”
`as required by 37 C.F.R. § 42.123(a)(2).

`ORDER
`IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion to Submit
`Supplemental Information under 37 C.F.R. § 42.123(a) is granted.
