`The captioned proceedings have been remanded to the Board by the
`Federal Circuit. See Applications in Internet Time, LLC v. RPX Corp.,
`897 F.3d 1336 (Fed. Cir. 2018). On December 7, 2018, we entered an Order
`setting forth a discovery and briefing schedule for the remanded
`proceedings. Paper 872. That Order set forth two alternative briefing
`schedules, dependent on whether Patent Owner filed an optional Motion for
`Additional Discovery. See id. at 2–4. The deadline has now passed for such
`a motion, and no motion has been filed. See id. at 3 (setting the deadline for
`the motion to February 8, 2019).
`Accordingly, the remaining briefing schedule for these remand
`proceedings as follows (see id. at 4):
