`Granting Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel and
`Designate New Lead Counsel

`1 This order addresses issues common to all cases; therefore, we issue a
`single order to be entered in each case.

`As authorized by the Board (Paper 23), Patent Owner filed a motion
`
`to withdraw Mr. Steven Sereboff as lead counsel for Patent Owner.
`
`See Paper 25,2 2. Petitioner did not oppose the motion. See 37 C.F.R.
`
`§ 42.25(a)(1). Patent Owner designated Mr. Jonathan Pearce, a registered
`
`practitioner, as new lead counsel. Id. The motion indicates that Ms. M.
`
`Kala Sarvaiya remains as back-up counsel. Paper 25, 2. Patent Owner’s
`
`Motion is granted.
`
`Patent Owner’s previously submitted Amended Mandatory Notice,
`
`lists Ms. Sarvaiya as lead counsel, and Mr. Pearce as back-up counsel.
`
`Paper 22, 2. Patent Owner is directed to file an updated Mandatory Notice,
`
`listing Mr. Pearce as lead counsel, and Ms. Sarvaiya as back-up counsel, for
`
`consistency with its motion.
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel is
`
`granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Steven Sereboff is permitted to
`
`withdraw as counsel in this proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Jonathan Pearce is recognized as
`
`counsel in this proceeding; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner will file an updated
`
`Mandatory Notice, designating Mr. Jonathan Pearce and Ms. M. Kala
`
`Sarvaiya as lead and back-up counsel, respectively.
`
