`objections to certain exhibits served by Patent Owner in Case No. IPR2015-01714.

`Petitioner’s objections apply equally to Patent Owner’s reliance on these exhibits
`
`in any subsequently-filed documents. These objections are timely, having been
`
`served within five business days of service of the evidence to which the objection
`
`is directed.

`Exhibit 2002
`
`Petitioner objects to Exhibit 2002 under Rules 401-403 of the Federal Rules
`
`of Evidence as Exhibit 2002 contains testimony unrelated to the grounds of
`
`rejection on which the Board instituted inter partes review. See, e.g., Ex. 2002 at
`
`¶¶ 52-56, 72-88 (providing testimony relating to Staack). Petitioner further objects
`
`to Exhibit 2002 under Rule 802 of the Federal Rules of Evidence because certain
`
`paragraphs rely on documents that constitute hearsay. See, e.g., Ex. 2002 at ¶¶ 75,
`
`80-84.
