`
`In a conversation with the Examiner on June 19, 2002, it was agreed that to expedite
`
`allowance of the present application, Applicants will cancel Claims 17 5 -178 and rewrite these
`
`claims as claims with claim numbers above 348. This is the only change to the application
`
`requested herein.
`
`Also included herewith is page 99 of the previous Amendment and Response filed on
`
`February 15, 2002 as requested by the Examiner.
`
`No fees are believed due with this Amendment and Response. However, if such fees are
`
`due, Applicants request that the undersigned Applicant is called at 303-863-2975 so that any
`
`oversight in fees or charges can be rectified.
