`Patent Owner filed an opposition to Petitioner’s Request for
`Rehearing. Paper 21. The paper is unauthorized and shall be expunged
`from the record. In particular, the Trial Practice Guide explains that “the
`opposing party should not file a response to a request for rehearing absent a
`request from the Board.” Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg.
`48,756, 48,768 (Aug. 14, 2012)
`For this reason, Patent Owner’s opposition shall be expunged from the
`record of this proceeding. 37 C.F.R. § 42.7(a).
