`the January 26, 2016 Scheduling Order (Paper 8). Prior authorization for this
`Stipulation was provided in the Scheduling Order (Paper 10 at 2).

`Specifically, Patent Owner and Petitioner have agreed to modify DUE
`
`DATES 1 and 2 as follows:

`later than August 8, 2016.
