`25, 2015, therefore, Legrand Holding Inc. d/b/a Legrand North America is also

`now a real party-in-interest.

`This Board entered a final decision on appeal in inter partes reexamination

`rejecting all original and new claims of the subject ‘543 patent on September 29,
