`2006 at Reel/Frame 18442-694, and recorded March 5, 2007, at Reel/Frame
`
`18960-221.

`B. Related Matters [37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2)]
`
`Petitioner Raritan Americas, Inc. d/b/a Raritan Computer, Inc., has also
`
`requested Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 7,702,771 (“’771 patent”) on
`
`July 15, 2015 (Case IPR2015-01596). The ’771 patent is a continuation of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 7,043,543 (“’543 patent”). There is also a pending inter partes
`
`reexamination involving the ’543 Patent (Reexam Control No. 95/001,485; PTAB
`
`Appeal No. 2015-004779).
`
`STI asserted the ’543 patent and the ’771 patent against Petitioner in the
`
`District of Nevada, Case No. 15-cv-00330-MMD-WGC on June 22, 2015. This
`
`case is still pending at the District Court.
`
`STI has ongoing litigation involving the ’543 patent and the ’771 patent
`
`against American Power Conversion Corp. in the District of Nevada, Case No. 06-
`
`
`

`
`00698-LRH-VRP. This case is now pending before the Federal Circuit Court of
`
`Appeals, Case No. 15-1605.
`
`STI also asserted the ’543 patent and the ’771 patent against American
`
`Power Conversion Corp. and Schneider Electric IT Corp. in the District of Nevada,
`
`Case No. 15-cv-00329-MMD-WGC, on June 22, 2015. This case is still pending at
`
`the District Court.
`
`STI also asserted the ’543 patent and the ’771 patent against Chatsworth
`
`Products, Inc. in the District of Nevada, Case No. 11-cv-00125-ECR-VPC, on
`
`February 17, 2011. This case settled and was dismissed.
`
`STI also asserted the ’543 patent and the ’771 patent against Western
`
`Telematic, Inc. in the District of Nevada, Case No. 13-cv-00122-MMD-WGC, on
`
`March 11, 2013. This case settled and was dismissed.
`
